    I have just completed Burn & Build Body’s “Fit Kit Program”. Every time I do a B&BB program I feel satisfied and energized and I have a more conscious and present relationship with food. The Fit Kit Program is no exception.

    For seven days, this program asks you to think about everything you put in your mouth while giving you so many healthy choices that you feel satisfied, confident and healthy. The Clearing and Support packs flush out toxins and I am surprised by how clear and energized this process makes me feel. Rocket Fuel is a fantastic new addition…as a mother of 2 toddlers it gave me the afternoon kick I needed and did not leave me feeling jittery or wired…as usual a testimony to the care and precision that they create each of their formulas and products with.

    The Fit Kit is my new favorite B&BB program and I look forward to doing it again soon.
