Skip the fries. You know that if they’re on your plate they’ll be gone by the end of your meal. Fried foods require oils to be heated to temperatures that cause them to go rancid. Food fried in oil are just that – rancid. Save your oil intake for olive oils, coconut oil, flax seed oil, salmon, avocados and nuts.

Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Vegan chocolate chunk cookies
These Chocolate Chunk Cookies are more dense and filling. While traditional chocolate chip cookies tend to flatten out while these stay thick and "cake like". You'll be happy just eating one, but you will find it hard not to go back for another!
