Foods sweetened with High Fructose corn syrup don’t allow our "natural" hunger shut-off triggers to activate – so we eat more. Unless you find it in natural forms such as honey and fruit, avoid fructose sweetened foods.

Lemon-Turmeric Detox Support
This juice beverage is easy to make at home, provides an alkaline reaction in the body and helps reduce systemic inflammation. It is an excellent drink to support the elimination of toxins on your 14-Day Anti-Aging Detox -- it's one of our favorite drinks any time of the day or night. Serve it cool or warm.
Anti-Inflammatory Drink - Ingredients
1/3 cup Lemon Juice
2-1/2 cups Water
1/4 tsp Cardamon
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Corriander
3 tbsp (optional) Maple syrup
Squeeze the lemons (this is approximately 2 lemons) and strain the seeds. Add all of the ingredients together in a covered pitcher or glass water bottle. Shake well. Additional or less maple syrup may be used depending upon your personal "sweet" taste preference. Shake or stir each time prior to using.
